ICE is a casting company run by Pep Armengol and Luci Lenox. They joined forces in 2001 and since then have worked on many highly successful projects which include the feature films Perfume directed by Tom Tykwer, Savage Grace directed by Tom Kalin, Vicky, Cristina, Barcelona by Woody Allen, ZNMD by Zoya Akhtar, Cold Light of Day by Mabrouk el Mechri amongst many others.

As a team Luci and Pep are passionate perfectionists who pride themselves on attention to detail. Resourceful and creative, the duo specialize in putting together casts that look international but are based locally and above all in great actors.
